You are free to stay as long as you like, and, depending on your plans for the day, you can choose if you prefer full or half board.

Natura Bedrooms: they are either on the ground floor with outside space, or on the first floor, and some have a balcony.
Mare Bedrooms: they are on the first floor, and all have a balcony overlooking the sea.
Storia Bedrooms: two rooms, perfect for families, made out of what used to be the original country house, and both have a shared spacious terrace overlooking the sea:
In the bigger of the two, that measures 25 m2, there is a fireplace and a 32' LCD TV, and you can still see the original frescos on the cieling;
The other room has wooden beams on the ceiling, an intermediate floor with other 2 beds and LCD TV.

Apartments
Cost per person is the same as that for the "Mare" rooms.
For those who wish, we also have other apartments in Chiessi, Marciana Marina and Colle d'Orano.

Family plan: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years) = 3 adults; 4 adults = 15% discount per person.
8% discount: valid for bookings made within February 29th.
10% discount: valid with full payment for bookings within 45 days from the date of arrival and non-refundable.

REDUCTION

Check in: from 2.00 p.m. onwards (please contact us beforehand if you intend arriving sooner). You can enjoy bar service, restaurant, spa bath, luggage storage in reception and parking since the morning of the day of arrival.
Check out: before 10.00 a.m. You can enjoy bar service, restaurant, spa bath, outdoor shower, luggage storage in reception and parking until the evening of the day of departure.

If you wish to check in before 2.00 p.m., please let us know beforehand so we can have your room ready on your arrival.
If you intend leaving your room in the afternoon, you may leave your luggage with us, and if you wish, you can have a shower before setting off.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any booking will be considered confirmed only after the down payment has been made, and the amount will be stated on booking.
For cancellations at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
For cancellations at least 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid may be reused for an alternative stay within no more than 12 months, or a 50% refund will be granted.
For cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 50% of the time not used will be charged for.

The confirming down payment can be paid through a bank draft or a postal order. Once the payment has been carried out, please email or fax us (+39 0565 906270) a copy.
Deposits sent by international credit transfer will be credited to your final bill at net cost of the operation charged by the bank.
